Licenses are valid for one year from the date of purchase. A valid, active license is required to get product updates and technical support. After one year, you must renew your license for continued access to product updates and technical support. If you have an auto-renewing subscription, your license will renew automatically. We will email you a reminder before your subscription renews. You can cancel a subscription at any time in your account dashboard.
Support for purchased plugins is given up to one year from the purchase date. If you want support after one year, you must renew your license, purchase a new license, or purchase priority support. Support is extended for another year each time your license and/or subscription is renewed.
We will consider a refund within the first 14 days if you are unable to get the product working and we are not able to help you get it working through our regular technical support channels. Refund considerations are contingent upon you having given us the chance to try and resolve any issues you may be having with your purchase from us. Renewals and product upgrades are not eligible for refunds. No refunds will be given after 14 days from the initial purchase.
Our products are designed to work with the latest version of WordPress. We cannot guarantee they will work properly on older versions of WordPress. We cannot guarantee the compatibility of our products with all third party software. If a conflict does arise, we will do our best resolve the situation. We cannot guarantee our products will function correctly after modification to the code, or a failure to install the theme, plugin, or WordPress properly.
